Terms of Service

Welcome to ssoje. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the ssoje platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website hub.ssoje.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ziward, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ssoje is a high-end digital asset marketplace that allows verified professionals ("Artists") to showcase and market their digital works to users. ssoje acts as a discovery and verification layer and is operated by Ziward, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Roles

ssoje offers two primary user tiers:

• Free User: Can view community content and create products. Free users have an owner-only private gallery store at /store/[username] as a personal preview of store composition before upgrading. This private gallery is not publicly accessible or shareable and does not include verification seals or Artist Spotlight benefits.
• Artist: Paid subscribers who have access to high-end selling tools, including a verified "Seal," priority exposure in the "Artist Spotlight," optional external product links, and a public shareable gallery store layout.

5. Subscription Terms

Artist status requires a recurring subscription fee of $30 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Artist privileges (including the Seal and Store Layout) will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle, and your account will revert to Free status. After reversion, your store remains available only as an owner-only private gallery preview and is not publicly visible.

6. One-Time Purchases

Artists may purchase a "Custom Seal" update for a one-time fee of $10 USD. This allow the upload of a custom image to replace the default system seal. All custom seal uploads are subject to administrative approval. One-time purchases are non-refundable.

7. P2P Transaction Disclaimer

ssoje is NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments for the digital assets themselves, we do not offer escrow services, and we do not take a commission on asset sales. Any purchase of a digital asset is a direct transaction between the buyer and the Artist. ssoje bears no liability for disputes, refunds, or delivery issues arising from these peer-to-peer transactions.

8. Content Policies

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to ssoje. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for all content you post. We prohibit the upload of illegal, infringing, or offensive material. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) fraud or scamming; (ii) attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service; (iii) bypassing measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service; or (iv) any activity that violates the Ziward "Human Driven World with AI" philosophy by spamming low-quality AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Specifically, "Direct Dealing Scams" will result in an immediate and permanent hardware, IP, and account ban.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziward, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
